Domestic Shipping

We ship all over Egypt within 2-5 business days (Friday is not a Business Day)

(Delays may occur due to national holidays) 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to food safety and freshness standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Ground coffee beans

  • Opened coffee bags

  • Perishable items

We recommend double-checking your grind size selection before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll make it right by offering:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

  • Or a refund, depending on the situation

Please include your order number and photos (if applicable) when reaching out.

Returnable Items

For merchandise, accessories, or non-perishable items, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery—provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
